Your best bet is to get the client's payment submitted and the onboarding form filled out while you have them on the phone. Trying to collect the info and connect the emails [email protected] & [email protected] after the fact will increase the chances of the customer stopping the service before it even gets started.
About 5 days after we receive payment, the on-boarding form is filled out & the emails are added as managers of your clients Google Business Page, we'll send the on-boarding email from our system to your client. Below is a preview of the email.

Staying in contact with your clients a couple times a month with some best practice reminders, like collecting reviews with the new tools we provided, is the best way to retain your customers and prevent churn. As we test what's working with our own clients will notify you on how best to proceed.
